Winter is a wonderland for the Valley, with lots of sliding and tobogganing activities for the whole family, and cross-country ski trails that cut through endless kilometres of breathless landscape.
The summer season, meanwhile, is a time of paradise for golf lovers, who flock to the region’s exceptional golf courses, while cyclists and joggers follow the 200-kilometre long path that connects St-Jérôme and St-Jovite.
