The Saint-Sauveur Valley may have built its proud reputation around the majestic mountains that watch over the region and its numerous downhill ski centres, but the region is also well known for its other sports activities.

 

Winter is a wonderland for the Valley, with lots of sliding and tobogganing activities for the whole family, and cross-country ski trails that cut through endless kilometres of breathless landscape.

 

The summer season, meanwhile, is a time of paradise for golf lovers, who flock to the region’s exceptional golf courses, while cyclists and joggers follow the 200-kilometre long path that connects St-Jérôme and St-Jovite.
